Job summary

Evertec in Puerto Rico seeks an Analyst to support a customer-focused product and operations team for financial institutions in a hybrid, full-time role based in San Juan. You will coordinate client needs, resolve issues, and help improve processes across technical and business areas.

You will gather and analyze information, evaluate solutions, document findings, and assist with budgeting and automation initiatives to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with clear written and verbal communication.
• Customer service experience and ability to work with internal and external clients.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Exposure to banking or financial-institution operations.
• Familiarity with product support, process automation, or technology-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client requests and small projects across technical and business teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Provide first-line support for product and operational issues, escalating incidents and exceptions when needed.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information about current procedures, problems, and client needs.
• Evaluate data and available solutions to recommend process, system, or organizational improvements.
• Document findings, procedures, and recommendations, and support the smooth implementation of approved changes.
• Support operational planning and department objectives, including budget preparation and automation-related initiatives.
