• Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Track record of improving employee engagement, retention, and production performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
• Experience leading change initiatives while maintaining trust and stability.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of production from planning to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
