Job summary

LeoForce in Lathrop, CA is seeking a Sr HR Generalist to partner with manufacturing leadership, drive workforce planning, and lead employee relations across a 24/7 facility.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 4+ years of HR experience, with Spanish bilingual proficiency. Responsibilities include investigations, performance management, leaves of absence, onboarding, and HR metrics analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employee relations experience required.
• Manufacturing or high-volume production environment experience preferred.
• Experience conducting employee investigations.
• Experience with performance management.
• Experience administering leaves of absence.
• Strong understanding of: FMLA, ADA, EEO, Wage & Hour laws.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders while balancing employee advocacy and business objectives.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing leaders.
• Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
• Conduct employee investigations.
• Administer performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with: FMLA, ADA, EEO, Wage & Hour laws.
• Manage leave of absence programs.
• Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent decisions.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain HRIS accuracy and reporting.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Support HR operations across a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
