Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of progressive management experience in operations or related field.
• Experience supervising staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Budget management and leading large-scale projects.
