Qualifications

• AA/BA in early childhood or related field with admin coursework required.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• CPR/First Aid and background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations, contracts, and record-keeping with the Office Manager.
• Maintain center income/expense reports and state inspection records.
• Lead staff scheduling, supervision, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety policies, and handbook standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders; market and fundraise for the school.
