Bright Future Early Learning Program in Oakland is seeking an Assistant Director to help lead daily operations alongside the Program Director. You will supervise teaching staff, guide Lead Teachers, support curriculum implementation, and foster strong family relationships.

The role emphasizes safe, compliant classrooms, clear communication with families, and effective collaboration with the Operational Lead to align enrollment, documentation, and program messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of California Title 22 regulations
• Minimum 3 years in licensed childcare
• Supervisory or mentoring experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with Brightwheel or similar systems preferred
