Job summary

HC Forklift America Corp. seeks an organized Operations Coordinator for its East Brunswick, NJ branch. You will manage inventory, sales order processing, rental administration, and cross-functional support to ensure accurate records and efficient workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in ERP or CRM systems. This on-site role offers a collaborative environment with HQ and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4+ years in operations, inventory, sales support, order processing, logistics, or related administrative role.
• Bilingual Mandarin and English written & verbal fluency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations: receiving, picking, shipping, and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate with HQ and warehouse for timely equipment movement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic counts.
• Enter and track sales orders, quotations, POs, and related docs.
• Support branch operations from sales to invoicing and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth processes.
