Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, HR, or office management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple departments including HR, safety, and operations.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) required.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or Acumatica HRIS/ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Lakeland, FL office.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and HR communications.
• Assist with recruitment activities and interview coordination.
• Maintain employee records and confidentiality.
• Support HR reporting, compliance, and Paylocity data entry.
• Assist Safety Team with documentation and training records.
• Coordinate company events and meetings; manage calendars.
• Handle travel arrangements and office logistics as needed.
