dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking an Operations and Human Resources Communications Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN. This onsite role focuses on bilingual Spanish/English communications, interpretation and translation, and executive administrative support for the Plant Manager and leadership team.

The position will develop executive presentations and BI dashboards, assist with employment eligibility and immigration documentation, and collaborate with Operations, HR, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience providing executive administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience handling highly confidential information, coordinating leadership meetings, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support to the Plant Manager, coordinating leadership meetings and maintaining action-item trackers.
• Serve as the primary bilingual (Spanish/English) communications resource, including interpretation and translation for operations and HR.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, and dashboards using BI data and operational metrics.
• Support HR through employee relations, onboarding, policy communication, and immigration documentation handling.
• Coordinate communications and engagement programs across Operations, HR, EH&S, Quality, and other leaders.
