Job summary

dormakaba is seeking an Operations and Human Resources Communications Specialist based in Indianapolis, IN onsite. The role serves as the primary bilingual (Spanish/English) communications resource for operations and HR, including interpretation, translation, and executive support.

You will develop executive presentations and BI dashboards, coordinate leadership meetings, and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information while collaborating with across a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling confidential business and employee information.
• Experience coordinating leadership meetings and preparing exec-level materials.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency for professional business use.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support and coordinate leadership meetings.
• Deliver verbal interpretation and written translation for operations and HR.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, and BI dashboards.
• Support employee relations, onboarding, and immigration documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and engagement initiatives.
