Job summary

PROCON E&C is hiring a bilingual Business Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support operations, insurance, payroll, and project reporting across U.S. projects. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with brokers, vendors, and field teams to ensure compliance and timely documentation.

Fluency in Korean and English is required, with 2+ years in related operations roles. Proficiency in Excel and business apps is essential, and the position offers growth into accounting, HR, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Korean and English) proficiency required.
• 2+ years in business operations, insurance, compliance, accounting support, HR administration, or related field.
• Strong follow-up, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business apps; high discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance renewals, COIs, risk administration, and license/registrations.
• Support AP/AR, month-end close prep, payroll reconciliation, and WIP reporting.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, HR admin, and field logistics.
• Serve as bilingual operations contact for Korean- and English-speaking employees and teams.
• Assist ERP data entry, validation, reporting, and system implementations as needed.
