Job summary

Procon E&C is seeking a BIM Coordinator to evenly split duties between sales activities and project coordination. You will manage client relationships, acquire new BIM opportunities, and work closely with BIM engineers to ensure successful project delivery across GA and TX.

Strong communication and bilingual English/Korean skills are required. Responsibilities include leading client communications, coordinating planning meetings, and delivering BIM solutions on time while supporting technical

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on BIM software experience (Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD).
• Proven sales, customer management and project coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English and Korean bilingual (mandatory).
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and clients to resolve issues.
• BIM/Construction Management certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Assist in acquiring new clients and opportunities for BIM services.
• Work with BIM engineers to relay client needs for project execution.
• Lead project planning meetings, reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
• Transmit client feedback to engineering for service quality improvements.
• Organize BIM project reviews and training sessions for clients and staff.
• Serve as main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
