This role supports communication and daily operations between Korean-speaking employees, English-speaking clients, vendors, and project teams, combining interpretation, quality control coordination, logistics, inventory management, and administrative tasks across office, warehouse, and construction sites. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable bridging communications

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable working in office, warehouse, and construction environments.
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling confidential information.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Inspection Coordination with client QA Managers, project teams, and field personnel.
• Provide verbal translation during inspections, site coordination, and technical discussions.
• Assist in resolving field discrepancies by accurately communicating technical specifications.
• Verify inspection logs, weld records, and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized quality control records and support documentation throughout project execution.
• Assist with material deliveries by translating between drivers, warehouse personnel, vendors, and site supervisors.
• Verify delivery manifests against PO's and coordinate delivery locations or returns.
• Coordinate industrial gas orders, delivery schedules, and vendor communications.
• Arrange equipment rentals and communicate with suppliers regarding repairs, returns, and purchases.
• Maintain daily tool and material distribution records in Excel.
