Job summary

Procon E&C is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to expand client opportunities in industrial and specialty construction markets. This role builds trust with clients, represents the company externally, and drives opportunities from initial contact to potential awards.

Fluent in Korean and English, you will network, meet clients, and collaborate with Leadership, Estimating, and Operations to convert opportunities into projects. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean and English with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Lead meetings, networking events, and presentations to promote Procon’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership, estimating, and operations to convert opportunities to awards.
• Manage pipeline and follow-up through pursuit from first contact to award.
