No Limit Healthcare & Social Services LLC in Newark, NJ, is seeking a highly organized, bilingual coordinator to lead day-to-day operations, coordinate services, and expand our network of DSPs. You will connect service delivery, staffing, documentation, client experience, and community outreach, working on-site with occasional local travel.

Fluent English and Spanish, strong organization, and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred fields listed).
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with clear business writing.
• Strong organization, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day service activity among clients, families, DSPs, and the internal team.
• Respond promptly to inquiries in English and Spanish; guide intake process.
• Track referrals, service requests, staffing needs, and next steps in company systems.
• Support DSP recruitment by identifying candidates and coordinating interviews and onboarding.
