You will lead non-clinical staff, guide escalated issues, and help coordinate benefits and services while translating materials between English and Spanish.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training, and ensuring accurate documentation, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and customer service excellence in a dynamic health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Medical translator certification (Letters Team) preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• CMS/state regulatory requirements knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests for completeness and collect/transfer non-clinical data.
• Coordinate benefits and treatment plans with members and providers.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Managed Care Coordinators.
• Translate clinical and non-clinical documents between English and Spanish.
