Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life in home state required.
• HR/benefits or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with HRIS systems and benefits platforms (Workday/ADP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees on benefit options, enrollment processes, and deadlines.
• Provide accurate, timely responses to benefit inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist employees with navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting issues.
• Review and verify enrollment data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support administration of health, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Help create and distribute open enrollment communications and materials.
