Midway Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor for our Niles client site. You will lead a Monday–Friday shift starting at 6:00 AM, coaching a team of associates and ensuring safety, attendance, and productivity.

You will work in English and Spanish, with about 15% time on recruiting to maintain staffing. This on-site, full-time role offers weekly pay and clear pathways for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for daily coaching and HR conversations.
• Leadership experience on a floor in warehouse/manufacturing or light industrial settings.
• Staffing or recruiting experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• Coach associates on the floor each shift with real-time feedback.
• Conduct daily safety walks and correct unsafe behavior on the spot.
• Lead safety training and orientation for new associates.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and timecard accuracy.
• Address attendance issues and HR conversations professionally.
• Support recruiting to keep the site staffed and schedule rosters.
