Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Niles, IL. You will lead the floor, coach associates, ensure safety, and manage timekeeping with English and Spanish communication.

The role includes recruiting about 15% of your time, and you will partner with the Branch Manager to keep the client site staffed. This is a full-time, onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 6:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Supervisor/lead experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial setting is required.
• Staffing or recruiting experience is a plus.
• Recruiting or interviewing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite; experience with timekeeping or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach associates on the floor each shift with real-time feedback on performance and safety.
• Conduct daily safety walks and spot hazards, correcting unsafe behavior on the spot.
• Lead safety training and first-day orientation for new associates.
• Manage timekeeping: track attendance, review hours, and process timecards accurately.
• Handle attendance issues and HR conversations with care and discretion.
• Prepare daily roster, attendance, and safety reports for leadership.
