Midway Staffing is seeking an entry level Onsite Supervisor in Burbank, IL, onsite at client location. The role features a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with Saturdays as needed, and an immediate start with training.

This bilingual position requires English and Spanish fluency, no prior staffing experience, and a commitment to supporting the client site. You will recruit, run onsite operations, onboard, and coordinate payroll while earning weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Entry level role; no Staffing experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for the site: post jobs, review resumes, call candidates, and interview.
• Help run the day-to-day onsite operation and be a visible point of contact for associates and client.
• Own onboarding tasks, from background checks to new hire paperwork.
• Assist with first-day logistics and set up new hires for success.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours and processing timecards.
