Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor in Arlington to manage daily client-site staffing operations and be the go-to contact for clients and associates.

The role requires flexibility outside standard hours, strong relationship-building, and hands-on onboarding, payroll support, and schedule management to keep operations smooth and satisfied clients coming back.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support (agency experience is a bonus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day staffing operations at the client location and be the main contact for client and associates.
• Review resumes, assess candidates, and identify the right talent for each role.
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to build staffing strategies meeting hiring goals.
• Represent Midway at job fairs and community events to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding from background checks to new hire paperwork, ensuring files are compliant.
• Lead first-day logistics to welcome and set up new hires for success.
• Support payroll by reviewing hours and approving timecards on time.
• Check in with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction and flex hours as needed.
