Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local clients and job seekers as the primary staffing contact.
• Evaluate resumes and candidate qualifications to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on staffing strategies.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build a candidate pipeline.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and new hire paperwork to ensure compliance.
• Lead first-day logistics and provide a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist payroll with timecard approvals and hours worked to ensure timely payroll.
• Check in with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction and identify improvements.
