Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. is hiring at our Denton, TX site for a bilingual recruiter/onsite coordinator. The role supports client relationships and new-hire processes, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule and a 2:30 PM–2:30 AM shift.

You will recruit, screened resumes, interview candidates, onboard new hires, and manage timecards to ensure timely payroll, while representing Midway at local job fairs and events. Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and 401(k) benefits are provided where eligible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR or administrative support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; used daily.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in HR/Business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with the client and every on-site associate.
• Recruit, screen resumes, and conduct interviews (phone and in-person).
• Oversee onboarding from background checks to new hire paperwork.
• Coordinate first-day logistics to ensure retention of new hires.
• Process and approve timecards so payroll goes out on time.
• Check in with clients and associates to prevent issues.
• Represent Midway at job fairs and community events.
