Job summary

Account Control Technology in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative to handle daily customer inquiries and document interactions in our systems. The role is onsite with training beginning Monday, October 5, 2026, followed by a schedule covering 7am–9pm EST on weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence.
• Document and update systems accurately for each work event.
• Identify root causes and determine resolutions.
• Maintain backup information to substantiate payments.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• On calls, explain value of non-regulated products and services where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
