Job summary

Malone is seeking an Onsite Specialist to manage daily client-site activities and provide administrative support, building strong client relationships and ensuring tasks meet client specifications. The role is part-time in Moreno Valley, with Saturday and Sunday 12:30pm-9:00pm hours.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills and customer service experience are required. Prior recruitment or staffing industry experience is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and strong

• Customer service experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (EN/ES) is required.
• Recruitment or staffing industry experience is preferred.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays 12:30pm-9:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with checking in new hires on their start date.
• Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices.
• Provide feedback to temporary associates.
• Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates.
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
• Build relationships with client and on-site employees.
• Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.
