Job summary

PIPESTONE is hiring multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers to join our production footprint across Eastern South Dakota, Southwest Minnesota, Independence IA, Northern Missouri, and Northwestern Kansas / Eastern Colorado. You’ll mentor new hires, coach for confidence, and reinforce animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety expectations as part of onboarding.

The role emphasizes clear communication and collaboration with farm leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in swine production.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
