Job summary

PIPESTONE is hiring multiple Bilingual Onboarding Trainers to support sow farm operations across several sites. You will train new hires, coach them to confidence in their roles, and reinforce company expectations and safety practices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in swine production, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with opportunities to impact animal care, biosecurity, and employee engagement across the footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in swine production.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary mentor and resource for newly hired employees during onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and support to help employees develop confidence and competency in their roles.
• Foster positive relationships between new team members and existing employees.
• Monitor onboarding progress and communicate feedback to managers and leadership.
