Connect Search LLC is seeking an organized, people-focused Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless new hire experience across multiple offices. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, Payroll, Safety, IT, and Training teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Business administration.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience with onboarding and coordination.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS, preferably ADP.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onboarding contact from offer to Day One and beyond.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps: screenings, onboarding packets, and orientation.
• Support hiring managers with status updates and onboarding milestones.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, IT, safety, and training teams.
• Maintain ADP and ATS records and generate weekly reports.
