Job summary

Surge Staffing seeks a Bilingual Program Manager (English/Spanish) to meet client staffing and training needs, deliver high-quality service, and supervise Workforce staffing specialists. You will match temporaries to client requirements, manage quality standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, sales-oriented activities, and strong leadership in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish.
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role or 3-5 years in a customer service industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Delivers high quality service to the customer and temporary employees by matching the skills of temporaries to customer needs.
Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.
Supervises Workforce Staffing Specialists.
Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer to fulfill orders with quality placements.
Present service offerings to the client to secure additional business.
Monitor and address personnel issues and ensure client profitability.
