Aerotek, a leader in staffing solutions, is seeking a Workforce Manager to coordinate the temporary workforce at client sites in the Southaven, MS area. You will liaise with client managers and office staff to ensure timely deployment of contractors.

The role requires a bachelor's degree preferred, customer or sales experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities; overnight shifts may be required. Aerotek offers medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work overnights.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
