Job summary

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Bilingual On-Site Manager in Terrell, Texas, to serve as the primary point of contact for temporary employees at a client warehouse. You will support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily staffing operations, communicating effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in customer service, recruiting, or human resources.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard new employees to meet client staffing requirements.
• Coordinate employee assignments, orientations, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for on-site employees and provide on-site workforce support.
• Maintain regular communication with client supervisors and Ascend Staffing branch personnel regarding staffing needs.
