Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Supervisor (Recruiting) in Kenosha, WI. You will run the staffing side of a light industrial operation: recruiting and screening candidates, onboarding new hires, handling timecards, and keeping the client leadership team updated each shift.

Work is conducted in English and Spanish to support a bilingual workforce. The role emphasizes high-volume recruiting on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM–4:00 PM) and occasional weekends based on

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Recruiting or staffing experience required; HR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, screen candidates in English and Spanish to keep client fully staffed.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
• Oversee safety training and daily site walkthroughs; handle timecards and payroll questions.
