• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims processing.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to research, summarize, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficient in using company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen incoming calls for the department and route messages.
• Greet patients and visitors; assist with forms and records requests.
• Create and transfer charges to the correct Health Connect account; schedule workers’ comp appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and enter information in KP systems.
• Open mail, file documents, and support office operations as needed.
