Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health provides in-home occupational therapy for children and young adults with developmental needs in McAllen, TX and surrounding areas. We offer full-time and part-time options with a sign-on bonus of $1,250 and a competitive compensation package, including health benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred pediatric OT experience is a plus.
• Home health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising.

What You’ll Do
