Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in San Antonio, TX seeks Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental and functional needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate families/caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising.
