Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time BILINGUAL NUTRITION OPERATOR in Leesburg, VA. The role handles patient meal selections and special requests via telephone or face-to-face interactions, with rotating weekends and a 7:00 am–3:00 pm schedule.

Must have 1 year of call center/customer service experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The position offers a $750 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $17.95 to $18.25.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous call center/customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient meal selections and requests via telephone or in person.
• Follow telephone etiquette with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide menu alternatives within dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
• Collaborate with nursing to ensure accurate diet prescriptions and patient needs.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
