Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a part-time NUTRITION OPERATOR for Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria, VA. Shift is 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with rotating weekends. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered, with half paid at 30 days and the remainder at 90 days.

Qualifications

• One year of call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows proper telephone etiquette when communicating with patients, visitors and healthcare professionals.
• Provides menu alternatives per prescribed diet, considering allergies, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.
• Responds to patient needs and resolves concerns or reports issues to a supervisor as needed.
• Ensures dietary restrictions are met within diet order guidelines.
