Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Second Shift Manager to oversee the temporary workforce at client sites and serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees.

You will help maximize profitability by understanding client needs, overseeing staffing and reporting, and resolving conflicts with available Aerotek resources. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Lead or leadership experience in any industry.
• Ability to work a second shift 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client managers, local office, and contract employees; attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize resources for conflict resolution and perform customer service activities.
