Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a 41-person team across departments, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will guide onboarding and coaching to maximize performance while maintaining strong employee relations and a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing, 2+ years in supervision, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Bilingual Spanish skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Lean certification knowledge preferred
• Bilingual (Conversational Spanish)
• High School Diploma; an Associates degree or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple departments (41 employees)
• Evaluate processes to optimize equipment and human capital performance
• Interview, hire, and onboard new staff for career growth
• Suggest methods to improve area operations and customer service
• Provide coaching and resolve employee concerns timely
