Job summary

Prime Meats LLC is hiring a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk for our Night Shift in Orlando. You will print and organize orders, process invoices for night operations, and work with the Night Shift Supervisor and Shipping teams to resolve discrepancies.

Strong attention to detail, experience in invoicing or related roles, and proficiency in Excel/Outlook are required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ year in invoicing, billing, order processing, data entry, shipping/receiving, or admin in warehouse/logistics.
• Technical: MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; learn SAP/WMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Print and organize daily orders before operations start.
• Process and generate invoices for orders during the night shift.
• Collaborate with Night Shift Supervisor, Pullers, Checkers, and Shipping to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify orders per route are processed and invoiced accurately.
• Print and distribute invoices and dispatch docs; maintain route/customer/order records.
• Report inventory or order discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with Warehouse, Transportation, and other ops teams.
• Provide admin support for nightly closeout activities.
