Job summary

Jel Sert Company is hiring an Inventory Clerk to support Materials Management with packaging and ingredients inventory, cycle counting, and data reconciliation between WMS and ERP systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and English/Spanish bilingual abilities. Shift is first shift (5:00am–1:30pm) with overtime as needed. Base pay starts at $18.21 per hour and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Inventory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Must have WMS software experience; FormWeigh and ERP inventory systems knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• A high school degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory balances between WMS and ERP forms used in production and packaging.
• Administer the cycle count program for all Packaging, WIP items, and ingredients.
• Investigate inventory errors to determine root causes and implement corrections.
• Assist and backup the Inventory team as needed, and support related projects.
