Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join the Irving, Texas team.

You will provide first-line technical assistance for Teltonika Networks products to business customers across multiple channels, including phone and email, and help resolve product-related questions. The role emphasizes strong networking knowledge, the ability to communicate clearly, and a shift-based schedule supporting international customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for business communications across channels.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to explain technical topics clearly.
• Solid understanding of computer networks and fundamentals; TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, subnetting, routing, NAT, DNS, VLANs.
• Willingness to learn Teltonika networking concepts and industrial IoT solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Experience in customer service, IT support, or B2B support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business customers through multiple channels (phone, helpdesk, email, and other platforms).
• Respond to real-time phone interactions and written requests within required response times.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, and basic network issues.
• Advise customers and sales reps on use and integration of Teltonika Networks products; suggest practical solutions.
• Support international customers across regions and time zones in a shift-based model.
• Escalate complex cases to Networking and IoT Engineers with clear context and steps.
