Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. in Irving, TX, seeks a Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to act as a technical advisor during the sales process. You will design, present, and validate tailored connectivity solutions, bridging customer needs with Teltonika Networks’ capabilities.

The role involves significant client engagement (up to 50%), travel (up to 50%), and collaboration with sales, product management, and R&D. Deep knowledge of networking and IoT deployments is required.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to design and present technical solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical pre-sales advisor to support sales with design and deal qualification.
• Spend ~50% of time on client-facing activities: meetings, demos, workshops.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and events.
• Consult clients and internal stakeholders on device- and solution-related topics.
• Design end-to-end IoT and networking solutions based on customer requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and PoC deployments.
• Assist integration of Teltonika Networks products into customer environments.
