NBCUniversal Telemundo 48 Área de la Bahía in the San Jose area seeks a creative Multi-Platform Marketing Specialist. You will bring the Telemundo 48 brand to life across social, digital, streaming, broadcast and community platforms, focusing on growth and culturally relevant content.

The role requires strong content creation, storytelling, and collaboration with Marketing, Community, News and Sales teams to deliver engaging campaigns and real-time coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages.
• 2+ years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or related field.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video and social-first content.
• Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms; platform-specific formats knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Create, shoot, produce and edit social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, streaming and station platforms.
• Publish, schedule and optimize marketing and community content across social media.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content in the field using mobile devices or professional gear.
• Write engaging copy in Spanish and English tailored to each platform.
