ResProp Management in Austin, TX seeks a Property Manager to lead a residential community, drive revenue, and ensure top-tier service. You will recruit and develop staff, manage owner relationships, oversee budgeting and marketing, and ensure safety and cleanliness across properties.

You will oversee a team, coordinate with maintenance, and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction, while maintaining professional standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily properties is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills are required.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing sales and service team.
• Train and develop the team on sales and operational best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with maintenance professionals for top-class property presentation.
• Be accessible to community needs, including nights and weekends if required.
• Manage owner relationships with meetings, tours and performance updates.
• Drive occupancy and revenue goals through market insights and strategies.
