Bellaire Multifamily is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our multifamily communities in Texas. You will drive financial performance, oversee leasing and on-site staff, and ensure exceptional resident service to turn properties into thriving communities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of multifamily management, proficiency with RealPage, and strong leadership with a commitment to Fair Housing and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing multifamily properties with strong financial and team leadership.
• Experience with RealPage or Onesite or similar PM platforms.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and local landlord-tenant laws.
• HS diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports using RealPage.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, and deposits alignment.
• Manage vendor contracts and procurement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing laws, and local ordinances.
• Hire, train, and manage on-site teams; provide coaching and reviews.
• Lead resident relations, renewals, and plan events that boost satisfaction.
• Track KPIs (occupancy, revenue) and report to Regional Manager.
