Job summary

Evidence Based Associates seeks an MST therapist to deliver family-centered, strength-based behavioral therapy to youth aged 12–17 in their homes within the Beaumont area. You will implement MST with close collaboration among family, youth, and community resources.

The role requires a Master’s degree in clinical psychology or social work, active licensure, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Travel within the service territory and flexible hours including evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure in a related field (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LPC).
• Experience serving families in community-based programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to family strengths.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Must live within one-hour travel from service area.
• Clear drug screen results from organization’s facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family to inform treatment planning.
• Engage and work with diverse families and communities.
• Collaborate with caregivers, supports, and community agency staff.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Ensure 24/7 support access for clients as needed.
