Job summary

Evidence-Based Associates seeks an MST therapist to work with youth and families, delivering strength-based behavioral change using the MST model. You will collaborate with families, schools, probation and welfare agencies to implement interventions designed to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and licensure eligibility with supervision, plus the ability to travel to clients’ homes within a 30–45 minute radius.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or related field.
• Professional licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under clinical supervision required, full licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes and possibly transport multiple clients at once.
• Must live within a 30–45 minute travel time from the designated service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST treatment model and principles.
• Conduct a thorough assessment of the client and family; gather information to inform conceptualization of problem behaviors.
• Engage effectively with a diverse community of clients and families.
• Collaborate with school, probation, child welfare and other supports.
• Lead weekly case planning and evaluation with supervisor support.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities.
• Ensure access to 24/7 crisis support in coordination with clinicians.
