Job summary

Evidence Based Associates in Texas is seeking compassionate MST therapists to empower youth and families at home. You will receive MST training and work with youth aged 12-17, their families, and community partners.

Role requires local residency within 1 hour of Conroe, TX, in-home visits, and bilingual Spanish/English abilities; licensure as LPC/LCSW/LMFT preferred; valid TX driver’s license and transportation required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW preferred; may consider supervised substitutes at lower pay.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred (paid at a higher salary).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the MST model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to inform treatment.
• Engage primary caregivers, family members, and community staff in change-oriented treatment.
• Dedicate time to weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Provide 24/7 access to support as needed in collaboration with team.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.
• Collaborate with school, probation, child welfare, and other agencies as needed.
