Job summary

Central Counties Center For Mental seeks a skilled MST clinician to deliver intensive family- and community-based treatment for high-risk youth. You will engage caregivers and key participants, conduct assessments, and implement treatment plans within the MST framework.

The role requires collaboration with families, schools, and community agencies, with on-call duties and ongoing training to maintain skill competency. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year college or university with minimum two years of experience.
• Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to families using MST principles.
• Conduct thorough client and family assessments.
• Engage in weekly case planning and evaluation with supervision.
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatment activities and progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other agencies to coordinate care.
• Participate in MST trainings, supervision, and team activities.
• Remain on-call during the week and weekends as needed.
• Uphold trauma-informed, client-centered practice.
